You must only use information in the city that you have discovered
organically within RP.
Using or sharing information gathered from outside sources is classed as
metagaming.
If you learn something from a stream, Discord, or any out-of-city means,
you must not use this information
until it is learned naturally in RP.
Examples include:
Using someone’s stream to learn how to craft items.
Using information gained from Discord chats or comms in the city.
Using streams to find crops or hidden personal stashes.
Using streams to locate gang areas, hideouts, or other locations.
To protect our streamers, if you are seen in a streamer’s chat
(typing, lurking, or showing in the viewer list)
and then show up at a scene they are involved in to rob or kill them,
this is considered metagaming.
We understand many people enjoy watching streamers, but you
must never be in someone’s stream while you are in the city,
especially with intent to use their information in RP.
Powergaming is when a player uses a game mechanic to gain an unfair advantage in the city.
This includes performing any action that would be considered
impossible or unrealistic.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Using /me in a way that only provides yourself with a roleplay advantage.
Using Discord to gain an advantage, such as checking join dates or gang information
that would not be realistically obtainable in the city.
Exception: Discord may only be used when providing evidence to police, courts, or lawyers.
Carrying someone through a door or picking someone up mid-scene.
Zip tying individuals who are moving or not physically near you.
Police cuffing someone from behind while they are moving or running.
Talking on the radio while cuffed.
Talking on the radio while in water.
Disappearing into properties mid-chase to avoid capture.
PHS, PD & Recycling are classed as
green zones;
roleplay does not override the rules.
Green Zone Retreating:
If a scene starts outside of PHS or PD,
do NOT run into either
to avoid being stabbed, injured, or taken.
This is classed as green zone retreating and will result in a ban.
PD is GREEN GRASS:
If you are arrested and taken to PD, you
cannot attack police officers
in the cells or attempt to take PD officers hostage.
Zero Tolerance Policy:
There is a ZERO tolerance approach
to any form of violence or hostage-taking
within the PHS and PD green zones.
You are required to roleplay your injuries at ALL TIMES.
If you are being chased on foot by PD and you jump off a roof
that would realistically break your leg upon landing,
you CANNOT just get up and continue running.
Roleplay should always be prioritized over instantly bringing weapons into a scene whenever possible.
RP should focus on creating long-term storylines
rather than a quick fight or squabble
that ends within minutes with no further development.
Example:
Traffic stops for minor infractions such as running a red light, speeding, parking illegally,
or other petty crimes should not result in weapons being used.
Proper RP:Pull over and roleplay the situation.
If you are caught using minor infractions as an excuse to kill a police officer,
it will be classed as weapon play over roleplay and
bad RP.
A ban will be issued.
We understand that there may be moments where players feel
angry or disheartened due to events that occur within RP.
However, respect must be shown at all times to all members of the community —
including players and staff — both in and out of the city.
Any use of racial, homophobic, or derogatory terms
is strictly prohibited in Prime Network.
Anyone found displaying this behavior will face:
High-level bans
Permanent bans
We acknowledge that for some, the F-word may not always be intended as a reference
to someone's sexuality. However, others may interpret it as
homophobic, and therefore it falls under this rule.
To ensure the server remains content-friendly, all forms of roleplay must comply with
Twitch Terms of Service and Twitch Community Guidelines,
as well as the guidelines of any other streaming platforms.
To provide the best RP experience, we recommend treating all RP as if
a stream is watching at all times.
Reminder:
If you know a streamer outside the city, you
must remember that you do not know them
in the city until you meet them organically.
Approaching a streamer and
acting as if you know them
without having met organically in the city
will result in a ban, as this is considered metagaming.
We aim to ensure the server is a
comfortable and inclusive space for female players.
Severe abuse or the use of derogatory terms
toward them will not be tolerated.
Prohibited Terms:
Sl*t
S*ag
These terms are unacceptable. Repeated use will result in
harsh punishments.
Sexual Harassment Policy:
Unwanted verbal, physical, or other sexual advances are considered
sexual harassment.
Anyone found guilty will face a permanent ban
with no option to appeal.
Repetitive behavior involving
distaste, hostility, harassment, or hate
toward others-whether in OOC channels or
in-city / in RP interactions will be considered
toxic conduct and may result in a
warning or ban.
In Prime Network, you are permitted to use stunt jumps during police chases.
However, if you use a stunt jump and fail to land the car correctly(such as landing on its roof), you must give up and face prosecution.
You must remain in the vehicle — you are not DOA.
Stunt Jump Rules:
If you land the car correctly, you may continue the chase.
If you land on your roof but the car rolls back onto its wheels, you may continue.
Use stunt jumps at your own risk!
Off-Roading Rules:
All PD SUVs may go off-road, even without off-road tires
(they cannot physically change tires).
When crop hunting or driving up mountains,
you must use an off-road vehicle.
Multiple off-road vehicles can be purchased at PDM or in the store.
Off-road tires can be fitted to SUVs at mechanics around the city.
Driving off-road in a non-off-road vehicle will result in a ban.
Need to confirm if your vehicle is off-road capable?
Open a car dev ticket for verification.
Theft of any police equipment
from the armory or from officers is strictly
banned at all times, you can only take non police issued items like ammo and ifaks, you may take the pd guns to remove the ammo but must be put back straight away, you can not use or shoot the Police fire arm what so ever.
Stage 1 & Stage 2 Rules, you must always have valid RP reasons for robbing.
Stage 1:
You CANNOT rob a player who is Stage 1.
They must be left completely unharmed.
Stage 2 / Flatback:
You CANNOT rob a player who is Stage 2.
They must also be left unharmed.
Purpose of the Rule:
Stage 1 exists to continue RP, not to allow robbing injured players.
Stage 2 represents serious injury and is not an opportunity for robbery under any circumstances.
You cannot rob someone and then Stage 2 / flatback them.
This is considered a loophole and is strictly prohibited.
Players clocked in at a business must not be taken hostage
for any robbery or heist.
Employees are not to be treated as an
easy grab for hostage-taking.
Important Clarification:
This rule does not mean businesses are
green grass during active gang beef.
If a business is involved in a conflict, it is up to the
owner/employees to protect their staff.
This rule is NOT intended to make businesses
a protected camping spot during gang beef.
It exists to prevent players from targeting business employees as
easy hostages for robberies or Vangelico heists.
There is no longer a cap on how many businesses a gang may own,
provided the individual managing each business is
active and fulfilling their role appropriately.
However:
A gang cannot own more than
one of the same business.
Any player found adopting a “fragger” mentality -
prioritising kills over roleplay, will face disciplinary action,
including bans or removal from the community.
This includes, but is not limited to:
NITRP - No Intent to Roleplay.
Using pathetic or unrealistic reasons
to force a fight or justify a kill.
Claiming “you crashed into my car” as justification
to immediately pull a weapon and shoot.
Fake dropping,
speed boosting,
or attempting to exploit movement mechanics during gunfights.
This server prioritises immersive, story-driven roleplay - not kill-focused gameplay.
