Prime Network operates on a points-based disciplinary system.
Rule breaks will result in points being added to your profile. Once you reach the maximum number of points,
you will be permanently banned and removed from the community. The maximum number of points before removal is
30.
Different rule breaks carry different point values based on severity.
Example: If the server has a maximum of 30 points and
RDM is worth 3 points,
this does not mean you can RDM ten times before a ban. Milestones are enforced as follows:
5 points – 24 hour ban
10 points – 3 day ban
17 points – 1 week ban
25 points – 2 week ban
30 points – Permanent ban
Senior Administrators and Management may increase bans depending on
a player’s prior history or the seriousness of the rule break. Severe cases may result in full community removal.
Ban Level: Authorisation
Trial Moderators: Warnings on Cosmo
Moderators: Up to 5 day ban
Administrators: Up to 7 day ban
Senior Administrators: Up to 2 week ban
Management: Permanent bans
If a case exceeds your rank's ban limit, you must escalate it to the appropriate staff member.
Staff will also review ongoing RP behaviour. Consistent good RP may result in
point reductions.
DISCLAIMER:
Staff & Management have full discretion in assigning points and ban durations. Their decisions
are NOT to be challenged based on personal feelings or comparisons to other cases.
All rule breaks listed below are punishable offenses.
Ban levels must be followed at all times, and any staff member caught
excessively banning players will be
retrained on how to properly handle situations
and issue the correct punishments.
Additionally, rules will now be stacked, meaning that
for every rule broken, the ban duration will be
cumulatively added according to the system in place.
Not every scenario can be detailed in the rules. Staff members are within their rights to determine
punishments based on the context of the evidence provided.
If something you have done is not explicitly stated in the rules, it does NOT invalidate a staff decision.
Decisions are based on context, behaviour, and impact — not only exact rule wording.
Only rules listed on this website are considered live and must be followed.
